Mako group has just released a new AR-style magazine that makes it a lot easier to load and unload without having to use any outside devices.

The new Ultimag Smart Loader magazine features a pull tab that retracts the follower and spring so shooters can just dump rounds into the mag. When you press a button on the bottom edge, the spring releases and throws all the rounds in line.

Officials with the Israeli company Fab Defense explained that their country's troops are required to download their mags when off duty. With the new Ultimag, all you need to do is pull the tab to loosen the spring and dump the rounds out.

The new Ultimag should be ready for shipment to dealers soon and will retail for about $30.
