Industry Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) are familiar with routine inspections from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacoo, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). At this year’s Firearms Industry Compliance Conference (FICC), you can learn more about those inspections when the ATF hosts a discussion about those visits. The discussion will be a deep dive into non-investigative and routine elements of ATF’s manufacturing, distribution, import and dealer inspection programs.

FICC CONFERENCE

The FICC is May 8-10 at the Westin Arlington Gateway in Arlington, Virginia. The ATF Inspection Education seminar will be May 9. Andy Graham, Deputy Assistant Director of ATF’s Industry Operations, and Jon Rydberg, CEO of Orchid Advisors, will speak to attendees for more than an hour. Graham leads ATF’s national inspection efforts and work directly with Directors of Industry Operations (DIOs) and Industry Operations Investigators (IOIs). Rydberg has more than 20-years experience conducting regulated audits. He’s a leading expert at firearm industry business software such as ERP, POS and others.
